The 8-Week Barbell Buy In program is meant to set OR reset a lifter's foundations relative to movement patterns / range of motion / muscular development to allow for a decreased risk of injury and increased rate of progress on variations of the squat / bench press / deadlift. Does this sound like a program that might benefit you? *
The program purposely and completely eliminates any barbell lifts for the entire 8 weeks. Would you be willing to commit to this for the entire duration of the program? *
The program requires a phone / tablet to track your training performance and progressions through our coaching software. Do you have access to either of these pieces of technology? *
The program requires that you, the lifter, be able to train 4 X / Weekly throughout the entire 8 Weeks. Are you able to commit to this many days per week? *
Are you able to commit to a one time payment of $89 for the entire program? *
Are you able to commit to engaging 2-3 x / week in a private accountability group for trainees? *
After the 8 Week program is complete, can you commit to providing us with constructive criticism & relative feedback on your experience?
